Online lessons
I teach mainly one off lessons or a few over a short time but depending on my availability I may be able to take on a few more pupils online for regular lessons so please send me an email so we can have a chat about it. 

Before your lesson we can communicate about what you'd like to learn, this could be for example learning some new tunes, focusing on making your playing more stylistic, improving your technique, or if you play another style of music I can give you an introduction to playing Scottish music / learning by ear. 

​I have also taught a number of lessons for people preparing for competitions, exams and first performances to help give some pointers on how to improve the playing of pieces and talk through how to mentally prepare yourself before a performance. 

I mainly use Skype for teaching online but happy to use Zoom instead, and I can help with any questions you have with setting these up if you haven't used them before.
